Subscription Refund Policy

If a customer purchases a 1 Year Subscription Plan at a discounted offer price, the refund will be calculated based on the regular monthly price, not the discounted price.

If a customer purchases a 1 year subscription plan and cancels after 4 months of usage, the used amount will be calculated using the regular price ($25 per month).

Example calculation:

Regular price = $25 per month
Used time = 4 months

Used amount = 25 × 4 = $100

The remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the used amount.
